​Martin acts as the SpacePharma managing director. 



In addition to his work in SpacePharma Martin is a member of various boards of  Swiss based international companies in the life sciences, financial and IT fields.

He is also the president of Swiss Medical tourism association in Basel and is the founder of Lemur-Scouting GmbH which is based in Basel, Switzerland.

In his previous positions Martin was a Delemont delegate of Canton Jura,  responsible for economic promotion and foreign relations, he was a co-founder and senior business consultant in ECO-Treuhand GmbH.

​

Martin also has vast background in clinical research as he was researcher responsible for planning and analysis of International clinical trials of phase II-IV at   Roche AG in Basel.



Martin holds a PhD. in technical sciences from the Federal Inst. of Technology in Zurich.

 

Martin is greatly interested in historical culture and economy and in his spare time is a St-Ursanne city guide,  enjoys hiking, fitness, and  hunting
